We don’t even know where to begin.

This Thanksgiving, our hearts are so full, it’s hard to find the right words. Gratitude feels too small a word for everything we’re carrying. For the people. For the moments. For this land. For the dreams that refused to give up on us.

It’s been a long road to get here—longer than we thought, with more delays, curveballs, and detours than we ever planned for. But through every stop and start, we never stopped believing. We never stopped working toward this life. We never stopped dreaming.

And now… here we are. Home.

We’ve had to be patient. Really patient. But in the end, this life didn’t just arrive—it unfolded in a way that exceeded every version we imagined. With deeper friendships, sweeter animals, and stronger roots than we ever knew we needed. We are thankful for that timing. For the reminders that sometimes waiting brings even bigger blessings.

As we settle in, we’ve been reflecting on everyone who’s been part of this journey. So many people have shown us kindness, support, and encouragement along the way. Whether you lent a hand, offered advice, sent good vibes, or simply followed along—thank you. You’ve made a difference.

And now, with Thanksgiving here, we’re celebrating another milestone: our first holiday season on the farm.

It feels surreal to even type that. To wake up with the view we prayed for. To watch our barn slowly fill with life. To gather around the table—unfinished kitchen and all—and give thanks for all that’s been given to us.

We are so blessed to live this life. To share it with each other, with our animals, and with you.
