The Heart Behind Bel Cavallo
Bel Cavallo—Italian for Beautiful Horse—isn’t just a name; it’s the beginning of a vision that’s still taking shape. The barns aren’t built yet, and the fields are just starting to show signs of what they’ll become, but the dream is alive in every inch of this land.
For Di, this dream began with a coin tossed into the Trevi Fountain in Rome. In 2005, she made a wish to return, and years later, that wish came true. But on her second visit, she made a new wish—a wish for something deeply meaningful.
That wish became Bel Cavallo Farm. Right now, it’s quiet fields, open skies, and endless possibility. The vision is clear: a sanctuary where mares and foals will thrive, where premium hay will grow to sustain them, and where every detail reflects care, respect, and dedication.
Bel Cavallo Farm isn’t just about raising horses; it’s about creating a space where dreams—both big and small—are nurtured. It’s about building something with intention, sustainability, and heart. Every decision, from the layout of the barns to the care of the soil, is guided by a commitment to the future.
We’re still at the beginning of this journey, but every sunrise over these fields brings us closer to what Bel Cavallo is meant to become. This farm is more than just land—it’s a promise, a purpose, and a place where a dream is steadily becoming reality.
